From the moment we arrived, the warm cookies were a delightful treat! the room was clean, spacious, and had a recently remodeled bathroom. the in-room safe was a nice added touch - perfect for storing our valuables. the hotel's location was convenient for exploring Austin, with easy parking and access to upscale shopping in the Arboretum and Domain Area. the breakfast exceeded our expectations, offering a menu of American favorites with an Austin twist. Although we didn't have enough time to enjoy all the facilities, we did take advantage of the 24-hour fitness center, which was a peaceful place to unwind after a long day of exploring. Overall, DoubleTree by Hilton Austin Northwest-Arboretum provided a great stay with award-winning service. While it may not be ideal for large groups, it's perfect for families or couples looking for a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be back when we visit relatives in the area.
